Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed through peptidemed.pro. Sections marked “Coming soon” are being finalised with counsel and will be published in full.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and ordering in a professional research capacity, on your own behalf or on behalf of a research organisation you are authorised to represent.
2. Research use only
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, and must not be administered to humans or animals. You agree not to resell or repackage them for human use.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown per vial in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes. A 30% discount applies automatically to orders of 10 vials or more. Payment terms are confirmed by email before dispatch; online payment is coming soon.
4. Order acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order where a compound is restricted in your jurisdiction, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect misuse.
5. Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery by the carrier. You are the importer of record and responsible for compliance with local import rules. See the shipping page for transit times and lost-parcel handling.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We accept no liability for any use of the material outside a controlled laboratory setting.
