Customs
You are the importer of record. Any duties, taxes or import charges levied by your country are your responsibility, and you are responsible for confirming that the compounds you order may lawfully be imported for research in your jurisdiction.
Restricted destinations
Some compounds cannot be shipped to certain countries. Where a restriction applies it is shown on the product page. If an order cannot be dispatched we contact you and refund in full. Coming soon: a per-country availability checker at checkout.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are reshipped or refunded.
