Returns & refunds
Research chemicals cannot be resold once they leave our control, so returns are limited to the cases below.
Before dispatch
You can cancel any order for a full refund until it has been handed to the carrier. Email us with your order reference.
Damaged on arrival
If a vial arrives broken or the seal is compromised, send photographs of the parcel and contents within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund the affected items.
Out of specification
If independent analysis shows material falls below the stated purity specification, send the report and the lot number. Verified cases are refunded in full, including shipping.
Lost in transit
If tracking has not updated for 10 days we open a carrier investigation. Parcels confirmed lost are reshipped or refunded.
Not returnable
Opened, reconstituted or temperature-abused material cannot be returned, and we cannot accept returns simply because an order is no longer wanted after dispatch.
