Data we collect
Name, email address, optional phone and messenger handle, optional organisation, shipping address, order contents and any notes you add. We also record the consent boxes you tick at checkout, with the time they were accepted.
Why we hold it
To process, ship and support your order, to keep required commercial records, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional catalogue updates.
Who it is shared with
Our shipping carrier receives the delivery address. Our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as commercial and tax rules require. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email us to exercise any of these.
