Payment
How payment works
All prices are quoted in USD per vial. Orders of 10 or more vials receive 30% off the whole order automatically. Worldwide shipping is a flat $80 and typically takes 14 days.
1. Order placed
You submit the order form. No payment is taken on the website.
2. Confirmation
We confirm availability, lot numbers and the final total including shipping, usually within one business day.
3. Payment instructions
We send payment details directly. Institutional buyers can request a proforma invoice in the order notes.
4. Dispatch
Goods ship once payment clears, with tracking sent to your email.
Accepted methods
Bank transfer and digital payment options are supported. The exact list of accepted methods and account details is confirmed with you at step 3, so nothing sensitive is exposed on this site. Card payments are not processed on the website.
Refunds
Refund and replacement conditions are set out on the returns page. Because these are research chemicals, opened vials cannot be returned.
